The Primary
School of Venerato says “Hello”!
Welcome to
the blog of the Primary School of Venerato!
Our school is located in Venerato, a beautiful
little town near Heraklion. The school has 113 happy students.
English is a part
of the school curriculum. Students start learning English in Year 3, at the age
of 8. Each class has 3 hour of English per week, during which children have the opportunity to gain an insight in
English grammar and vocabulary and are
engaged in various learning activities with the aim of developing their
communicative skills.
Students in
the Primary School of Venerato enjoy learning English as they feel that being
able to speak a foreign language broadens their horizons!
